To create a guest account on behoome.com go to the top right corner and click on "Login". Click "Create new account" and fill out the fields with the requested information.
From your account you can manage your bookings (cancellations or pending payments), favourite lists and make reviews. You can manage your security account and modify your personal data too.
From your account you decide who can see your profile (nobody, everybody, logged). You can manage who can see your email and phone number too. Read our Privacy Policity.

Behoome accepts bank transfers, credit cards, Paypal and cash.
No, it doesn´t. You can pay the booking in full or make a 25% pre-paid. Take in mind behoome.com Cancellation Policy.
When you make a reservation, we send you a confirmation email with all the details. In your account you can see your booking status too.
If you cancelled a booking according to our Cancellation Policy, the refunds will be returned between 2-10 working days after the cancellation.
In your account you can find and download your invoices.

The deposit is different for each accommodation. Its amount depends on the features of the house. Behoome.com is not liable for the deposit. The host is who decides the amount and how to use it.
You can pay the deposit by cash or credir card. Never by bank transfers.
The Property Deposit is refundable by bank transfer between 5 and 15 days after departure from the accommodation.
The deposit can be paid by cash when the guests arrive to the accommodation, or by credit card before the arrival.

In your user profile you can cancell your bookings. Go to "Bookings", to the "Options" column and cancel it. Don´t forget to consider our Cancellation Policy.
On behoome.com each accommodation will offer particular cancellation conditions. Therefore, it is important that you review the cancellation conditions of the accommodation you want to reserve. Our Cancellation Policy is made up of 3 modalities. Each accommodation will choose the modality that best suits its needs: Strict Cancellation. If a cancellation occurs 60-31 days before arrival, you will receive a 100% refund. Otherwise you will lose 25% of the initial reservation payment. Moderate Cancellation. If a cancellation occurs 30-15 days before arrival, you will receive a 100% refund. Otherwise you will lose 25% of the initial reservation payment. Flexible Cancellation. If a cancellation occurs 14-2 days before arrival, you will receive a 100% refund. Otherwise you will lose 25% of the initial reservation payment. In case of no-show, guests will lose 100% of the total amount of the reservation. Remember that each accommodation will have its own cancellation conditions.
If you haven´t canceled the booking, but it appears as "cancelled", it´s possible that one of the following circumstances has occurred: Payments haven´t been made within the time limit. Although it´s not common, the host could cancel the booking. In any case, write to hola@behoome.com.

Go to your account. In the "Options" tab you can review the accommodations you have enjoyed.
In behoome.com we become aware of the importance of the comments and reviews of our guests. In the same way, reviews have to be truthfully and repectfully made, according to reality. In the same way, we forbid any type of extorsion to the hosts. No guest may threaten a host to write negative reviews in order to receive any compensation or refund.

Each accommodation, considering its features, offers differents special requests. The most popular requests are: heated pool, extra beds, wheelchairs, etc.
When you are making your booking, each accommodation shows a list with all the special requests offered. Just select what you need, so easy!
