At Behoome, our commitment is clear: we will only charge you when you have reservations. Our commission on the Integral Management service is calculated as a percentage of the total value of each reservation, which means that our income is directly linked to the success of your property. Before starting, we will agree on the commission in a personalized way, taking into account your needs and the particularities of your accommodation. Additional charges will apply for cleaning and key delivery services.

At behoome we have listened to our owners and that is why we have created Delegated Management. We provide our owners with our software and tools so they can efficiently manage their properties. You will have access to our powerful software that will allow you to synchronize all your calendars and rates from one place. In addition, we offer unlimited advice and help position your ads on the main vacation rental websites.

You can rest assured... you won't have to pay yet! Next, you will receive a confirmation email. Follow the instructions and you will be redirected to the owners' section of the website.
