Located in a natural setting with no nearby neighbours, this cosy house offers spectacular views of the Sierra de Alhaurín el Grande and a perfect outdoor space to enjoy the Mediterranean climate.

The accommodation has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with two single beds and a third with a single bed. None of the rooms has air conditioning, although the house is kept cool in summer and fans are provided for added comfort. In addition, the three bedrooms are located very close to the living room, where there is air conditioning, which allows the environment to cool down in the hottest hours of the day.

Inside, the living-dining room has air conditioning, a fireplace, WiFi, a television, two sofas and a dining table for four people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker and washing machine, although it does not have a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and is designed to offer comfort and functionality.

The exterior of the house is one of its greatest attractions. The private pool has sun loungers and a parasol, offering a perfect space to cool off and relax. The barbecue area next to the porch allows you to enjoy outdoor meals, while the chill-out area with wooden armchairs invites you to relax surrounded by nature. In addition, there is enough space to park several vehicles within the property.
