If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the check-in date, a penalty of 4% of the prepayment will be applied as a payment management fee.
If the cancellation occurs within the period of 30 days prior to the check-in date at the accommodation, a penalty of 20% of the total amount of the reservation will be applied.
In the event that the guests do not show up, they will lose 100% of the total amount paid. Likewise, in the event of a guest showing up, but not paying the outstanding amount of the reservation, the contract is revoked and the guest would not be entitled to access the accommodation, nor to any compensation.
In the event that the guest cancels their stay before the check-out date at the accommodation, there will be no refund.
